Where we deliver

We deliver within Australia only, to every state and territory. We do not ship overseas.

Delivery costs

All prices include GST.

Standard delivery: $9.50. Standard delivery is free when your order is $50.00 or more.
Express delivery: $15.00.
Samples: $10.00 standard delivery. This applies to the 300 mm samples of curtain tracks, roller blind tubes and bottom bars.
Flick sticks 1.25 m, 1.5 m and 2 m long: $33.00 by courier. Long flick sticks cannot go in the standard post, so they are sent by courier at a flat rate.
Flick sticks 2.5 m long: $53.00 by courier.
Flick sticks 1 m and under ship at the standard and express rates above.

If your order mixes items from more than one of these groups, the delivery costs are added together and shown as one amount at checkout. Free standard delivery over $50.00 does not apply to samples or to flick sticks of 1.25 m and longer, which always pay their own rate.

You will see the delivery cost for your order at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

We pack orders within 1 business day.

Standard and Express delivery are sent with Australia Post. How long your order takes to arrive depends on where you are. You can check the delivery time to your postcode on the Australia Post website, auspost.com.au. Courier delivery of long flick sticks also depends on your location.
